Changes to Programme  

The programme is correct at the time of going to press, however SensioLabs UK may need to make alterations due to circumstances beyond our control. Therefore, we reserve the right to make changes to the programme, location and/or speakers without prior notice.  

Speakers and Exhibitors  

Views expressed by speakers, exhibitors and other delegates are their own. SensioLabs UK is not responsible for any views expressed by anyone at the event. All attendees regardless if speaker, exhibitor, organiser or others are asked to abide by the event Code of Conduct.

Refund and Transfer Policy  

Ticket refunds and name changes are at the sole discretion of the organisers and will be considered on an individual basis.  

Filming and Photography

Throughout the conference day SensioLabs UK will use a professional video production company to film the talks and the day’s events. There will also be a photographer taking photographs throughout the day. If you object to being included in any photography please let the photographer/event organisers know on arrival.  

Data Protection & Privacy  

SensioLabs UK recognises that your privacy is important. The information you submit will be kept confidential and secure and processed in accordance with the provisions of the Data Protection Act 1998. We will not give your information to any third parties. We will only share your name, title, email address and company information with other SensioLabs / Inviqa Group companies. SensioLabs UK can also provide you with information relating to your booking and also other services via email, or telephone. Please email symfonylive@sensiolabs.co.uk.  


Should circumstances dictate the event be cancelled in its entirety, SensioLabs UK is not liable for any consequential loss suffered by the delegate. SensioLabs UK will make every effort to inform delegates of cancellation as early as possible.  

Anti-Harassment Policy and Code of Conduct  

All attendees are reminded of the event Code of Conduct, which will be enforced throughout the event. The short version of this policy is as follows:

SymfonyLive London is dedicated to providing a harassment-free conference experience for everyone, regardless of gender, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, race, or religion. This means we do not tolerate harassment of conference participants in any form regardless if you are speaker/attendee/exhibitor or any other party.

All communication should be appropriate for a professional audience including people of many different backgrounds. Sexual language and imagery is not appropriate at any time, including talks. Be kind to others. Do not insult or put down other attendees. Behave professionally. Remember that harassment and sexist, racist, or exclusionary jokes are not appropriate for SymfonyLive London. Attendees violating these rules may be asked to leave the conference without a refund at the sole discretion of the organisers.

We expect participants to follow these rules at all event venues and related social events.
